If your site has a gate you will
require an access control system so visitors can let you know they
have arrived.
In a smart home access control system, the call from a visitor
will be linked to the phone system, and images sent to the RF
system for display on any screen on the house.
Doors and Gates can be opened by keypads, remote controls, key
fobs, thumbprints etc.
IP Stands for Internet Protocol, but also stands for Ingress
protection, the amount of resistance a device has to the ingress of
dust and moisture. IP56 is ok to use outside in the rain -
always make sure your equipment is rated for it's intended use.
